Established jointly by Qingdao NMEI Group and Xi’an High Voltage Electrical Equipment Institute, Co., Ltd, this laboratory has a total construction area of 4,316 square meters, and can provide testing for low-voltage frequency converter, new energy & power electronics, low-voltage reactive compensation device and high-voltage reactive and flexible AC transmission device. It also provides technical services such as third-party testing, quality evaluation and arbitration testing.

I. Low voltage Power Quality Test System

Pre-delivery test, performance test and type test service for low-voltage active filter APF products, low-voltage static synchronous compensator SVG/static reactive power compensation device SVC products, uninterruptible power supply UPS/DC power supply products.

II. Low-voltage Converter Test System

Pre-delivery test, performance test and type test service for low-voltage inverter products.

III. FACTS Medium and High Voltage Product Test System

Pre-delivery test, performance test and type test service for medium and high voltage static reactive power compensation device SVC/static synchronous compensator STATCOM/converter chain link.

IV. New Energy & Power Electronic Device Test System

Electrical performance (including basic functions, performance indicators and protection functions) test and safety test service for PV inverter/energy storage converter/car charging-pile.
