Service Promise

1. Service quality promise: we promise to strictly fulfill the impartiality statement and quality policy, and meet the testing needs of customers with the best service attitude, the fastest tests and high-quality testing technology;

2. Service standards: we promise to complete the testing work within the time agreed with the customer, provide accurate and reliable testing data, and issue reports meeting customers' requirements and standards to customer’s satisfaction;

3. Management goal: we promise to stay alert to various factors affecting test quality and take effective measures to control or eliminate the impact so as to continuously improve test quality and improve customer service; 

4. Full participation: we promise to have all staff study the management documents and carry out work according to the requirements in the documents;

5. Promise of improvement: the general manager promises to conduct management according to the accreditation criteria, allocate sufficient resources to the management system for its effective running, and conduct regular review to improve the adaptability and effectiveness of the management system and testing activities.
